New experts on board

At GC Graphic Consult, continuity and renewal go hand in hand. As part of our strategic development, there have been personnel changes within our network. 

First, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Norbert Loth, Peter Kruse, and Dr. Alois Bauer, who have enriched our team for many years with their extensive professional expertise and are now retiring from our circle of independent consultants. We sincerely thank them for their many years of partnership and wish them all the best for their future.

At the same time, we are pleased to welcome two high-caliber new additions to our circle of independent consultants: Andreas Deußer and Ralf Rehmet. Both strengthen GC with decades of leadership experience and specific expertise in the transformation of the printing industry.

Andreas Deußer brings a rare combination of technical depth and psychologically grounded leadership expertise. As a former plant manager and managing director, he has practical experience with complex integration processes. Since 2015, as an interim manager and coach, he has focused on substantive leadership development that ensures clarity and accountability, particularly during periods of pressure for change.

Ralf Rehmet, an industrial engineer and experienced entrepreneur, returns to our network after holding various leadership roles at major printing companies. He possesses extensive practical experience in strategic realignment and the digitalization of sales processes. Most recently, he demonstrated his entrepreneurial foresight by successfully building and selling an internationally active online printing company.

With Andreas and Ralf, we are gaining two experts who not only understand consulting in theory but have also taken on leadership roles themselves. We warmly welcome them both!
