We would like to inform you in full that Koenig & Bauer AG acquired all shares in GC Graphic Consult GmbH at the end of 2024. GC is now part of a large, long-established corporate group, which opens up additional opportunities for us.

As part of the transaction, Koenig & Bauer AG and GC have agreed that GC will retain its operational independence, that potential conflicts of interest will be ruled out , and that any business synergies will be pursued only at the express request of customers and for their benefit.
